Key Review Excerpts

ABSOLUTELY MOST FILTHY PLACE I’ve ever been in!!!! Sheets were never changed the entire time he was there, appeared even after last resident slept there. The sheets had a brown body print. , Approximately a month and a half. I went into communal bathroom, feces on walls and floors. STILL THERE 2 weeks later when I took him supplies.

Friend of a resident · 2022☆☆☆☆

Bed bugs. People that work there don't have any kind of degree or certification to care for people. Nasty place. These people need help.

The facility failed to maintain ceilings in a safe and functional condition, specifically in resident room #4 and the kitchen. Observations revealed active water dripping from the ceiling and skylight, missing ceiling tiles, and the use of buckets and towels to manage leaks. Additionally, multiple work orders regarding these leaks remained uncompleted for several months.
