“ABSOLUTELY MOST FILTHY PLACE I’ve ever been in!!!! Sheets were never changed the entire time he was there, appeared even after last resident slept there. The sheets had a brown body print. , Approximately a month and a half. I went into communal bathroom, feces on walls and floors. STILL THERE 2 weeks later when I took him supplies.”

Additionally, multiple work orders regarding these leaks remained uncompleted for several months.
