What this means for your family

While many families report successful rehabilitation outcomes, there is a recurring pattern of complaints regarding slow response times to call lights and inconsistent hygiene. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels for yourself and asking specifically how the facility manages pain medication and call-button responsiveness for new admissions.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff at night would not help her to the bathroom after a full hip replacement. She had no walker to use or any assistance. She said they told her she could do it in her own.

Rehab patient's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

The entire rehab department staff was extremely supportive and caring, courteous and a joy to work with. Thank you to them!. Yes, there are numerous positive reviews for the facility, but those reviews are coming from people that are not staying at this facility 24 hours a day.

Rehab patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mom was here for a week and it seemed like forever. She wasn't able to walk and this is why Blake sent her to this place. On MULTIPLE occasions she would ring for a nurse because she had to use the restroom and rarely even got a response.

4 complaint-triggered

This facility shows recurring issues across multiple care areas, with families filing at least one complaint that triggered a recent federal inspection regarding nursing aide training. The most persistent problems involve medication management (appearing in three of four surveys), quality of care services, and resident rights protections. While all cited deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations in core care areas like medication handling and the recent complaint suggest ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
