What this means for your family

While many families report a warm, family-like environment and effective therapy, there is a recurring pattern of understaffing that leads to delayed assistance for basic needs. When touring, we strongly recommend asking for the specific staff-to-patient ratio on weekends and inquiring how the facility handles medication management and dietary preferences for new admissions.
