Where my mother was only a resident of Assisted Living for about 6 months, the quality of the care and staff was truly amazing. I have been to several facilities in the past several years with other family members and other facilities can’t compare to the outstanding level of compassion and communication of the Assisted Living staff of the Nottingham.

While the facility is nice, their system for helping residents when they have an emergency is sub-par (and that's putting it nicely). My mother fell and rang their "emergency alert" button and it took 40 minutes for someone to get to her.
