What this means for your family

This facility has a strong reputation for physical therapy and some highly dedicated nursing staff, but it suffers from significant consistency issues. Families should conduct an unannounced visit to check for cleanliness and observe staff response times, and specifically ask management how they handle communication and meal quality concerns.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses were not only attentive and professional, but they also showed a genuine warmth that made all the difference in her recovery. They treated her like family—always patient, encouraging, and quick to respond to her needs.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

The Nursing staff, physical therapy and occupational therapy are outstanding and caring for patient . The Food is absolutely terrible. Theres no selection every patient gets the same meal. It comes up late and cold everyday breakfast lunch and dinner.

Family member of patient · 2025★★★☆☆

The last straw for me was when his BP was tanking and I asked a nurse for some fluids to help raise it. She was chatting with another worker and was irritated by my interruption.

5 complaint-triggered

This facility shows persistent fire safety and building deficiency patterns, with smoke barriers, exit safety, and food safety issues recurring across multiple surveys from 2023 to 2024. Families have filed complaints that led to findings related to pain management, treatment care, and food temperature problems. While the facility has correction dates for all deficiencies, the repeated fire safety violations and complaint-driven findings about basic care raise concerns about sustained compliance and resident safety.
