Key Review Excerpts

The only saving grace for this facility is its PT, OT and Speech Therapy department. There are one or two nurses and CNA's that may care but in my experience 98% DO NOT care and fill put out with there job there.

Rehab patient · 2023★★☆☆☆

This place left my love one in a urine filled pamper all day the STAFF STOLE all her clothing we had to take her home full of poop and pee and hire a private sitter… don’t step foot in this place the thieving staff doesn’t care.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My grandmother has been there for 4 days and we got a call from landmark saying that she had to go to the hospital for a “fever” and me and my mother went to the hospital to talk to the doctors and come to find out she got overdosed and was sent up there for being “unresponsive”
