Recent complaints in 2024 involved safety hazards, abuse protection failures, and staff competency issues. While most deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of abuse protection violations and medication errors, combined with multiple family complaints, suggests ongoing quality concerns that warrant careful investigation before considering placement.
