What this means for your family

This facility shows a pattern of inconsistent care. While some families report excellent experiences with short-term rehab, there are recurring, serious concerns regarding long-term care, specifically regarding call-light response times and hygiene. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend frequent, unannounced visits and active involvement in your loved one's daily care plan.

Key Review Excerpts

The Aides, Nursing staff and Physical Therapists are exemplary, experienced, patient and kind. Further, several Aides who cared for her previously visit her daily, telling her she's their favorite and give her a genuine hug.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

Patients put on their lights and no one answers them for hours, patients laying in wet pull-ups cuz no one wants to change them and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Visitor/Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

I arrived at Lake Pointe in March 2021 after a hit and run that left me supine in a neck brace--18 fractures in total. From the moment I arrived, I received 5 star care: from the nurses and aides, housekeeping and the kitchen. I NEVER had to ring my bell, staff anticipated my needs.
