Key Review Excerpts

The staff is extremely friendly, and the facility is always clean and comfortable. Their excellent therapy team is dedicated to their patients and returning them to their prior lifestyles.

Local healthcare professional · 2025★★★★★

This is the 4th day my father has been in this facility and every day they have forgotten a meal (breakfast or dinner). They failed to answer his call button multiple times when he needs to use the restroom.

Resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mom had MAJOR back surgery, after being transfered to Kingston they held her pain pills for TWELVE hours the first day. The 2nd day the pain pills were off by hours, they wouldn't answer the bell for her to use the bathroom which HAD to be done ONLY with their help.

Near state avg (10.1)
20 complaint-triggered

Families have filed multiple complaints triggering 17 deficiencies, with recurring issues in medication management, resident rights, and infection control appearing across multiple surveys from 2018 to 2025. The pattern shows persistent problems including medication errors, poor communication with families about resident conditions, and inadequate infection prevention measures. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the ongoing complaint pattern and repetition of similar issues across seven years suggests systemic care quality concerns that warrant careful consideration.
