What this means for your family

While the facility's physical therapy department and specific memory care units receive praise, the facility suffers from recurring, serious complaints regarding medication errors and staffing shortages. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits during weekends or evenings to observe actual staff responsiveness and to verify the facility's current medication administration protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

The skilled rehab team was knowledgeable and compassionate, and the respite stay options were clearly designed with comfort and dignity in mind.

Respite care visitor · 2026★★★★★

My wife was here for acute rehab following abdominal surgery. Some of the nurses, aides, and PTs were, individually, caring and professional, but were overwhelmed by the structural issues that now plague the facility.

Spouse of rehab patient · 2021☆☆☆☆

The staff is rude and inattentive. The call light can be on for hours with no responses. Meanwhile staff is either no where to be found or congregating in plain sight for hours.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆
