Key Review Excerpts

The employees literally stole from my mother within an hour of her passing. From when I received the call that my mother passed until I got there (45 minutes) employees stole her purse and her iPad.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Facility is extremely dirty!! Broken blinds, windows can not open which is a city code/fire violation. Bathrooms un kept even to the point human body waste is left in it.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

They took 2 days to give her, her insulin, they took forever to answer the call bells. They real don't have enough staff or passionate people.
