Key Review Excerpts

The second you walk in you're hit with the strong smell of urine, and it gets worse as you walk through the halls. These poor clients are being abused by lack of hygiene and lack of proper medical attention.

Local Guide · 2024☆☆☆☆

The administrative do not answer the phone lines and if they do you might get hung up on. If you have concerns or questions, it will be difficult to speak with someone at this place.

Relative of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

My husband was diabetic and when they checked his blood sugar, they kept using the same spot on the same finger AFTER he asked them not to. His finger became infected and he lost some of the meat off his finger just because they didn't listen.
