Key Review Excerpts

The kitchen staff does not practice proper food & safety measures. My family’s experience was the worse. For starters the nursing staff DOES NOT follow Dr’s orders and, either skipped my fathers medicine doses or, administered my fathers medicine in error on multiple occasions.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My 33 year old brother died there and they claim he had no property even though he lived there almost two full years, took over 24 hours to even tell any member of my family he had passed away.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The care team, the Social Worker, are incapable of communicting in a way that enables you to be aware of your family members condition or treatment.
