Heartwood Avenue Healthcare is highly regarded for its exceptional physical therapy team and compassionate nursing staff, which many patients credit with helping them regain mobility. However, families should be aware of serious reports regarding hygiene issues, such as unpleasant odors and lack of bathing, as well as concerns regarding food quality and responsiveness to resident grievances.

Key Review Excerpts

I cant express how much I appreciate how hard the physical therapist pushed .me here everyday to get me to walk after fracturing my hip. The therapist here are my wonder woman and Electra and my black widow super heroes. Thank you young ladies for everything you ladies have done for me. Marivic and Jaybee.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

I had a family member here recently and it was an awful experience - the entire place smelled like urine - after a stoke she had no physical therapy, she wouldn’t bath her and she end up getting rashes from being unclean - I could get a medication list for her told 24hrs to speak with a social worker - this is only a insurance scam

Family member of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

My grandma has been here over a year now. They treat her like family. She is well taken care of. Specially by her favorite CNA, Ms. Sheryl, who she praises like no other.
