My mother has gone over a week or two between showed. The had no kitchen staff last night, so while the two caregiver’s were making cold cereal to serve the residents, my mother he’d to sit in soiled clothes for over an hour.

For starters, I did her laundry, bathed her, clothed her, changed her and beyond regularly. Services that were supposed to be provided by the staff. However, this didn’t come as a surprise after I was informed by an aid they had no proper training regarding the care of their residents.
