What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its compassionate staff and engaging activities, making it a strong choice for those prioritizing social interaction and therapy. However, the physical building is aging and lacks modern privacy features; families should tour the facility in person to assess if the environment meets their standards and ask specifically about the communication process for medical updates.

Key Review Excerpts

This place is not the Ritz Carlton, but it is clean and most importantly, full of people who genuinely care about their patients.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★☆☆☆

The staff is very professional, and always takes time to answer visitors questions as completely as possible. If there is any criticism, it's that the building needs some serious rehab but they do an amazing job with what they have to work with.

Visitor · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother in law lives here and is very happy. The staff is friendly, respectful and skilled. There are fun activities, the food is good and the residents are treated with dignity and respect.
