What this means for your family

While the facility hosts positive community events, the recurring reports of failure to communicate during end-of-life care are a critical red flag. Before choosing this facility, we strongly recommend asking for a written policy on family notification protocols and observing staff response times during a weekend visit.

Key Review Excerpts

They did not inform us that our family member was declining. She was spendung her final days without any family. Even 3 hours before she passed when they knew she didnt have much longer they didnt think to call family.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

When you bring your concerns to the management they pass the buck over and over, when they run out of staff to blame then they blame the family.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

When he puts his light on for help it takes so long for anyone to respond. By then bathroom stuff is done. I understand short staff but there has to be a way to get help for these people.

Recurring issues include accident hazards appearing three times across surveys, infection control problems spanning 2023-2024, and care planning deficiencies. While all violations show correction dates, the pattern of repeated safety and infection control problems, plus the high volume of family complaints, suggests persistent operational challenges that warrant careful evaluation during visits.
