What this means for your family

This facility features a highly regarded physical therapy department, making it a potential option for short-term rehabilitation. However, families should be aware of consistent reports regarding understaffing and slow response times; we strongly recommend visiting during off-hours and asking specifically about the nurse-to-patient ratio on weekends.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

I was there a few months ago for 2 weeks becauae I needed IV antibiotic therapy. Very minimally staffed. Call lights aren't answered for 20-30 minutes. Room was not very clean. Nurses were o.k., just rushed. One left an uncapped used syringe on the recliner.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father was here for about 8 months before he transferred facilities. Some of the nurses are great and some are not. It seemed like most would do the bare minimum. I know my dad wouldn't get the best help with showers / baths.
