What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest an improvement in the facility's atmosphere and therapy services, the history of serious neglect allegations is significant. I strongly recommend that you visit in person, specifically during a weekend or evening shift, to observe the staffing levels and communication firsthand. Ask management directly about their protocol for handling family concerns and medical updates to ensure they align with your expectations.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was here for a few weeks and they took great care of her. Shout out to Nurse Katherine, Camille and all the other staff members.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★☆☆

The therapy provided is great. The staff is very nice and friendly. Camille in Admissions is a sweetheart and has been more than helpful.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Majority of the staff does not speak English and can not effectively communicate to the patients. The facility is extremely low staff and are so overwhelmed that they can not properly care for the residents.
