“Savannah Grand was like coming home to a family that you didn’t know you had. I have enjoyed every moment and every interaction. The staff are caring and loving and the residents are involved in activities all day long.”
“My mother was a resident at Savannah Grand for 3 months from December through February of 2023. I had to move her out because they couldn’t provide the medical care that she needed. There is not a medical nurse on staff and this was a big problem since she is diabetic.”
“Many of the staff members were very patient and kind. However, the mismanagement of medication cannot be ignored. My mother was not given her medication for 3 days and went into withdrawl resulting in a trip to the ER.”
