Key Review Excerpts

My mother is a resident there. She cannot do for herself and needs assistance with everything. Her care has ranged from poor to abysmal. They make her sit in a wet and soiled diaper for up to an hour after she has called for help.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The first 2 nights I was there I was lying in my own pea for about 8 hours. I was just released from a hospital in Jax and from having a catheter removed and had no control over my bladder. I was the told by the C N A that she made the rounds once a shift.

Rehab patient · 2026★★☆☆☆

My Mother has been at Pruitt Healthcare since December 20, 2024. Mrs. Rhondia and Staff are very caring and attentive, and the Facility is always very clean. I have peace of mind that my Mother is well- cared for.
