What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with the activities program and individual staff members, the recurring reports of failure to notify families of medical emergencies and poor hygiene are critical red flags. We strongly advise you to conduct an unannounced visit and ask specifically about their protocols for family communication during medical changes before choosing this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom and I chose this facility because it was closer to us. I hated for her to go because I knew there reputation wasn’t the best. However, we entrusted them in caring for her. She was there for rehab, she passed on her 11th of 14th day of her stay. She was lethargic for several hours and none of the children or myself (emergency contact) was notified of any changes in condition until I got the “final” call.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

I am currently in this facility for rehab and I have never been more horrified in my life there are very few people that even care about what's going on even though they know.
