Key Review Excerpts

I went to visit her and the staff did NOT even know she had moved in, she was being completely neglected! An ambulance had to be called and when we arrived at the emergency room the doctors informed us they believed she had been dehydrated and overly sedated.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The facility always smelled of fresh cooked food, floors and interior was clean. No overwhelming odors resulting of bleach or pinesol.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★★

Do your research, talk with family members and make sure you get the tour of memory care while you’re looking. If you’re already trapped in an arrangement, hire a case manager or a health care aide to oversee and provide care that you won’t get.
