What this means for your family

While some families report positive rehabilitation outcomes, the recurring reports of neglected call lights and poor facility maintenance are serious red flags. We strongly recommend visiting the specific floor where your loved one would reside, as recent reviews suggest that renovated areas may not reflect the condition of the entire building.

Key Review Excerpts

The building is older so it doesn't have the pettiness and amenities of new buildings. But the care is amazing. My mom has been in other facilities and the employees were a 'fake nice', here the employees are truly nice, caring and loving.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

The room he was in had no air conditioning, there was no call light for him to call for assistance, and the recliner he had in the room had duck tape all over it to cover up the torn areas. He was given a bell to ring to get help and no one came.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Pictures they are posting are very misleading they are from the first floor which they remodeled. The other floors are extremely poor condition.
