Key Review Excerpts

The staff is very well trained and does a good job caring for the patients. Lavonne does an especially good job with my father and he enjoys her company. She’s caring and professional.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mom suffered a major fall after only 46 hours in this facility. She was placed at a much better home care facility. All this facility cared about was the money, I had to pay 8500 for one day along with all the medical bills.

Family member of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

I have personally seen Emerald Valley Senior Living deteriorating in the quality of care, hygiene & food under the mismanagement of Marissa & Brandie. Residents are miss-appropriately assessed & shuffled from the assisted living unit to the memory care unit for profit & occupancy quota.
