Key Review Excerpts

They knew my dad was sick, they didn't contact anyone, when I went to see him yesterday he was very lethargic, struggling to breathe more then usual. They admitted they weren't equipped to care for a lung transplant patient and he was basically left in his bed to die.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

She missed meals on multiple occasions because they ran out of food and the kitchen closes as soon as the food trays are out. They also took the liberty of taking her off some of her meds and cutting others in half just because.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place stinks so bad it was filthy and a elderly lady sat in a wheelchair in the hall begging us to be put to bed no one helped her or cared until my daughter told them she needed help.
