Key Review Excerpts

The aides, nurses, therapists, social workers, staff, PA's and doctors all were engaged in their work to help Dad achieve his goals, never losing hope or patience, always with a professional and kind word for him and for us.

Long-term resident's family · 2017★★★★★

Now don't get me wrong there were some bumps in the road like all assisted living places do (no one is perfect) but for the most and I do mean most part it was a very great place for people to go when they can't be taken care at home.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

The rehab dept is pathetic .. they are so under staffed .. they leave elderly ppl to wet themselves and dedicate them selves ... they ignore call buttons and when they come for a call bell and you ask for something they don't come back to bring it

3deficiencies

This facility has recurring fire safety deficiencies across multiple surveys, with families filing complaints about care planning and treatment quality. The most persistent problems involve fire safety systems (sprinklers, smoke barriers, cooking facilities), electrical systems, and resident care planning. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated fire safety violations across 2021, 2023, and 2025 surveys suggests ongoing maintenance challenges that families should discuss during visits.
