Key Review Excerpts

I went to visit a dear friend here today, was totally disgusted! 3 beds in the room and the smell of urine was so overwhelming that my eyes were watering so I couldn't stay long.

Visitor · 2026☆☆☆☆

All the patients know not to let them do laundry and if you tour the place you will find signs that say “Family will do laundry”. This is because they do laundry and bring back a random assortment of clothing some yours some another patients.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

WELL, FIRST OF ALL, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY TURN PATIENT PHONES OFF SO YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF YOUR LOVED ONE.
