Key Review Excerpts

My dad died at Delmar Gardens after leaving the hospital a week earlier. He was looking and feeling fine until the day after he got there and just got worse until he died. The nurse LEFT A MESSAGE on my voicemail letting me know he had passed.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My grandmother has been found multiple times laying in her own feces when we go to check in on her. They don’t tell you that they only have 2 CNA’s for two hallways in the rehabilitation department where the elderly have been in surgery and are unable to move around.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The therapy team is fantastic, they work hard and advocate for the patient. As therapists they are very creative in their approach and offer very individualized treatments.
