The facility underwent an unannounced annual inspection. The report indicates that the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8. All inspected areas, including physical plant, food services, and resident records, were found to be in good order.

The facility underwent a Case Management visit following an incident report regarding a potential inappropriate relationship between staff and a resident. The Licensing Program Analyst interviewed staff and residents and reviewed pertinent documents. No deficiencies were cited during this visit.
