What this means for your family
While the facility offers a beautiful campus and engaging activities for independent residents, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and neglect in assisted living are deeply concerning. We strongly recommend that families look elsewhere if their loved one requires significant daily assistance, or at the very least, conduct unannounced visits during weekends and evenings to verify staffing levels.
