Key Review Excerpts

The care, concern and professionalism of the staff has gone down tremendously. Residents are in their last days of their life and they are spoken to and treated inhumanely by the CNA’s.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

The corporation that runs this place does not care about the wellbeing of the staff OR the patients. They have ONE person on staff at night taking care of everyone!

General observer/family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Scott Salyer, LPN needs to be fired and his licensed revoked for the unethical treatment he provided to my mother. My mother was worried about her feet swelling and communicated that to Scott and the CNA. Scott forced her to stay in her wheelchair for HOURS unattended into late in the evening.
