What this means for your family

While many families report positive rehabilitation outcomes, there is a recurring pattern of serious concerns regarding medical management and staffing levels during off-hours. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend conducting unannounced visits during evenings or weekends and maintaining close, daily contact with the nursing staff to ensure your loved one's medical needs are being met.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother came here when she was temporarily paralyzed down one side after a stroke. On the first night they left her on a bed pan for over an hour. When they finally returned they asked if they could put her in a diaper. She said, only if you come change it. This was in the middle of the night. By 4pm the next day, they still had not changed her diaper.

The rooms are filthy. There has been a bottle cap under my sisters bed for 5 days. It’s unsanitary and filthy. I’m heartbroken my sister needs to be in such filth.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mom had excellent care during her stay there. The staff was so friendly and efficient
