Key Review Excerpts

She would often wait for literally over 2 hours after ringing her call bell for assistance with incontinence care. The food was unspeakably awful and at one point she was served a room temperature

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

From laying in the bed all the time she developed pneumonia I took her to hospital as she said she didn’t feel well … she had pneumonia, rhinovirus, UTI , urine retention ! And developed a bed sore!!

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

While majority of the staff was great tending to my father they sent him to a hospital he had never been to before and where none of his doctors were located... and never even reached out to my mother to tell her he was sent to the hospital.
