Key Review Excerpts

The facility itself was spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming, creating a calming environment for both residents and visitors. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease.

External event host · 2025★★★★★

This place is a JOKE if you love you family members don't bring them here to the dementia unit. If I was the power of attorney she would not be here. If you want any thing done anything you have to ask multiple times and even then it's easier to talk to a wall.

Memory care family member · 2019★★☆☆☆

My dad is currently in Indian Haven and I am disappointed and upset cause they do not provide telephones in the rooms. If you want to speak to your loved one you have to call the front office and they will take a phone to them but not always right at that time, it may be a few hours later before this is done.

This facility has serious concerns with recent abuse allegations and persistent care planning problems. Families filed complaints that triggered investigations, including a recent serious abuse deficiency requiring immediate correction. The facility repeatedly struggles with care planning, resident assessments, and medication management across multiple surveys from 2023-2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of recurring issues in core care areas suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully evaluate.
