Key Review Excerpts

I was there for a month for physical therapy. I would have given 5 stars but they were very short staffed so 4 was the most I could possibly give.

Rehab patient · 2019★★★★

I am truly impressed by the care and dedication the staff at Cleveland pines have provided my grandfather. The facility has been very responsive to all of my family questions and concerns related to my grandfather.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

Staff was nice and facility was clean. However, staff didn't have back up staff to help residents that needed help. Residents are told to hit the nurse button when they needed anything or needed to go to the bathroom, but it would take staff 20 minutes or more to answer the call button.
