Key Review Excerpts

The Assisted Living Side is good, the Rehab side is horrible and twice have caused more harm than good for my family members. They do not bathe the patients properly, they do not ensure medications are correct, they are careless and negligent.

Rehab patient family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother was referred to Charlton Place primarily for rehab, she unfortunately ended up having a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and sepsis from being severely dehydrated while in their care.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

The facility is very clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The residents and families all appear to be very happy with the care and staff there.
