What this means for your family

Sitrin is highly regarded for its physical therapy and rehabilitation programs, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. However, families of long-term residents should be aware of recurring reports regarding poor communication and inconsistent hygiene care. We strongly recommend scheduling frequent, unannounced visits to monitor your loved one's daily care and maintaining direct contact with nursing supervisors rather than relying solely on administrative staff.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother has been in the rehab center at Sitrin twice within the year, and it is a great place. They cared for her well and the physical therapy people helped her so much.

Long-term resident's family · 2016★★★★

Was inpatient twice for TKR , the staff was very attentive, the physical therapy dept. was excellent , they made sure I went twice a day and sent someone in on weekends as well to do my PT.

Rehab patient · 2021★★★★

Staff that takes care of patients is great but the Social Worker discharge Care Team is AWFUL. They don't do their job. My stepdad was sent home, they had meds listed and no scripts, a follow up for an appointment with ZERO contact info.
