Key Review Excerpts

My father was in there and things were ok until he keep saying he need to go to hospital that he was hurting real bad and couldn’t breath they finally sent him about a week of him complaining and come to find out he had fluid on his lungs and almost died

Long-term resident's family · 2020☆☆☆☆

Most got visibly annoyed with my dad’s minimal requests for drinks and ice and made it known to one another. The man wasn’t even eating actual food and they were bothered by the bare minimum.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Just last night our staff took our residents to the Balloon show in Middletown and took them up in a hot air balloons. How cool is that?????
