Key Review Excerpts

My brother was here because they were so called “wound specialists”. His wound vac was either not on his foot or broken. He came here for physical therapy and wound care. Instead he ended up with septic shock and passed away.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

When my mom went to visit him all except one aid was sitting outside smoking, meanwhile the man she went to see was covered in his own feces, it was dried on his hands, smeared on the walls etc!

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

They never once cleaned my family members wound and he ended up in septic shock and wasn’t able to recover.
