Key Review Excerpts
“The only reason I gave a one is because I had to put something to leave this review... This place is awful my wife had to be here for rehabilitation with a bad spinal infection and was on a PIC line she was on antibiotics through her pic line on one of her treatments the medicine was not dripping in she was pushing the nurse button and for 2 hours no one went to check on her.”
“The lobby does not smell but once you get into where the patients are, the pee odor is ridiculously strong. Not sure if it’s a staff shortage issue. There are about 2 nurses that have been helpful, but the rest do not care about the patients & are easily irritated when asking them to do their normal basic job duties.”
“My family and I chose Canterbury House after doing a tour of the facility. The reviews on here worried us but once we observed the facility and staff we felt much better about sending our grandmother here. She ended up staying for 3 months for antibiotics and rehabilitation. The food was decent and the care was fast.”
