Brookdale Monument Valley Park is highly regarded by families for its compassionate, long-tenured staff and a home-like atmosphere that prioritizes personalized resident care. While the vast majority of feedback is glowing, particularly regarding the memory care unit, a recent report of poor staff conduct suggests potential inconsistencies in care quality that families should investigate.

Key Review Excerpts
“The memory care floor is staffed by the most caring, loving, well trained people you will ever meet. There are only 14 rooms, so get on the waiting list ASAP! There is very low turnover and many of the staff have been there for years.”
“Every single staff member at Brookdale knew my mother and her likes and dislikes within 2 days. They are exceptionally kind and attentive. They always ask if they can assist our hospice nurse and do everything they can to ensure my mother is happy and comfortable.”
