If you consider this facility, you must conduct unannounced visits during weekends and evenings to verify staffing levels and ensure your loved one's care needs are being met.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff was extremely supportive and caring as well. The dedicated rehab staff was great. The OT, PT, and speech providers helped my husband to make great improvement in his health.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

I was a patient at Briarcliff for four months and it was a living nightmare. The majority of the staff are cruel and unprofessional. I was sworn at, given wrong doses of meds, given meds hours late, not given meds at all and had nurses document incorrect information in my medical records.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nurse, nursing supervisor and aide were great with my Mom. Kind and caring. Genuinely concerned. Sadly, my review post-discharge is generously a 2. Don't believe the staff when they tell you to advocate for your loved one. They don't like it and will eventually turn the tables on the resident.
