Key Review Excerpts

This facility is beautiful. Very nice staff, and great care. Everyone is very happy and takes great care of the patients.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

Most of the staff are impatient and act like they are too busy to assist a lot of the residents. I have observed this on numerous occasions. When my Aunt needs a diaper change she usually has to wait between 30 to 60 min to be cleaned and changed.

Baywood Post Acute shows recurring issues across multiple surveys in fire safety systems, medication management, and infection control, with problems persisting from 2022 through 2025. One family filed a complaint about abuse prevention policies in 2024. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the facility continues to struggle with fundamental safety and care standards across repeated inspections.
