Key Review Excerpts

From the moment she was transferred here we have experienced nothing but staff that really cares about the residents and patients. I am beyond grateful for Kim Bean, the business manager who ensures each resident has advocation and goes above and beyond everyday.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My father was placed in respite care at Avir of Dallas on March 19th and 20th 2026 at this facility. He was returned to his house on Saturday morning the 21st soak and wet. He said he doesn’t recall being fed nor bathed.

Respite care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

Do not send your loved ones there. My mom came home after 5 days of respite care at this facility with her lips dry and crusty as if she didn't drink water at all while there.
