What this means for your family

Aventura Rehab and Nursing Center has a dedicated therapy team that many residents find helpful for recovery. However, given the recurring reports of hygiene issues and slow response times, we strongly recommend visiting in person during off-hours or weekends to observe the actual level of care and cleanliness yourself.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff is absolutely horrendous ( except for the receptionist Daty she really tries but you can see how frustrated she is) This place should be closed, unless you really don't care about your love ones do not take them to this place

Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

The staff was very professional, pleasant; nurses, physical therapists, the whole staff. As a health care professional, I am a respiratory therapist and a registered nurse; I can tell my care was excellent.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

I wish with a passion i could give this a 0 star ... My mom is a patient over there everytime she clicks on the emergency button they never come .. They end up coming a decade later which is ridiculous
