During an inspection, a medication cup containing levothyroxine and omeprazole was found in a resident's room without the resident or staff present, despite the eMAR being documented as administered at 7:00am. The Medication Aide admitted to leaving the room before the resident took the medication and noted that they do not always observe residents taking their medications.
