What this means for your family

This facility's rehabilitation therapy team is highly regarded and often cited as a reason for successful recovery. However, families should be extremely vigilant regarding facility maintenance and hygiene; we recommend touring the specific room your loved one will occupy and asking direct questions about heating and call-bell response times during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

The rehab center especially was very helpful in my dads recovery.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

The building needs some major overhauls, rooms look as they have not be painted or general upkeep from day to day wear in years. Dad room had cobwebs in the corner, broken tiles, missing moldings, you could see the outside from the side of the AC unit, and curtains dirty.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My father spent a month at Autumn Lakes in Old Bridge recovering from a pelvic fracture and it nearly killed him. He lost 25 pounds and developed 3 pressures wounds.
