Key Review Excerpts

The nurses and aids were also amazing! They were quick when I needed help, and very knowledgeable about their work.

Rehab patient · 2023★★☆☆☆

Call lights were never answered, when they needed to be changed it would sometimes take 2 hours to get anyone to come. At times his meal tray was not delivered and it took a lot of time to get one.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The staff was so wonderful to my mom caring for her in the absence of her family. They arranged face time calls, made sure her cell phone was always charged and ready to use.

5 complaint-triggered

This facility has a concerning pattern with 74 deficiencies across recent surveys and families have filed complaints about resident protection, medication errors, care quality, and record keeping. The most recurring issues involve fire safety systems, resident rights and dignity, and care planning that appear across multiple years but show correction dates. While all deficiencies indicate provider correction dates, the high volume and complaint history suggest families should carefully evaluate current conditions during visits.
