Key Review Excerpts

The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s extremely hard to find someone to take the patients to the bathroom.

Family member of resident · 2025★★★★

I cannot stress enough is if you are sending a loved one here who may not be able to advocate for themselves, you'd better visit EVERY DAY and talk to everyone to keep an eye on things.

Family member of short-term rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My husband has been in three rehab facilities, and this one has been the best by far: competent, caring staff, excellent physical rehab, better than average food, and attention to all facets of patient’s needs. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that weekends—especially Sundays—seem understaffed.

Spouse of rehab patient · 2025★★★★

Families filed reports leading to deficiencies regarding protection from abuse and appropriate care provision. The facility shows recurring issues with resident care planning, resident rights, and fire safety systems across multiple surveys from 2018 to 2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated problems in care planning and safety systems suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should investigate during visits.
