What this means for your family

While some families report success with the facility's rehab therapy, the overwhelming pattern of reports regarding neglect and failure to respond to basic patient needs is deeply concerning. We strongly advise you to conduct unannounced visits during weekends or evening shifts to observe actual staff responsiveness and hygiene standards before committing to this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother is here now had to go potty and laid in bed soiled from 10:30am to 4;30pm after calling them them over and over again!

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

My grandmother was there for a month and NOBODY EVER BATHED HER , my mom had to do it everyday . ALSO my grandmother’s feet were so swollen and starting to crack and NOBODY did anything even though they were notified on multiple occasions .

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The nursing staff are constantly on their phone and incredibly rude. I witnessed call buttons going off constantly while staff ignored them.
